Lexington High School had a terrific weekend at the State Cross County Championships near Columbus, as the boys team finished state runner-up in Division, while the girls team overall was 5th.
According to RichlandSource.com, individually on the boys side for Lex, junior Latrell Hughes finished state runner-up and broke the school record with 15 minutes and 13.4 seconds.
