State investigators have ruled a fire in Knox County was caused by arson.
The call for the Monday morning fire on Cullison Road came in around 6:40 am in the village of Utica, which is in the southern portion of the county. A reward of $5,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible. Anyone with information can contact the State Fire Marshal or Knox County Sheriff’s Office.
