On March 28th, 2024 at 0600 hrs., the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office, METRICH and Crawford County Special Response Team executed a narcotic search warrant at 117 Fisher St., in the City of Bucyrus. The target of the investigation was Gary Wayne Gallant, age 53. Mr. Gallant was arrested for trafficking in Methamphetamines. Also detained in the search was Sandra Gallant, age 60. She was later released pending possible charges at a later time. Gary was transported to the Crawford County Justice Center.
Deputies seized methamphetamines, paraphernalia, cash and two firearms from the house. One of the firearms was found to be stolen from California.
The Crawford County Sheriff’s Office will be forwarding a report to the Crawford County Prosecutor’s Office for consideration of additional charges.
