Lexington: The Lexington Minutemen had 4 players score in double figures on Friday, as they defeated Galion, 81-63, in the Division II Sectional Final.
Brayden Fogle could not be stopped inside, as the sophomore scored a team-high 21 points. Seven Allen shot it well and added 15 points in 18 minutes. The big stat for Seven Allen was 6 assists, which pushed him over 100 on the year (103).
Elijah Hudson had 15 points for Lex and 5 more blocks, which give more over 50 on the year. Gavin Husty chipped in 14 for the Minutemen.
Galion was led by Elijah Chaffin with 25 points, 19 of them came in the 2nd quarter - including 5 three's.
Lexington will now play Willard, Thursday, 8 pm at Ontario High School, in the Division II District Semi-Final.
