Multiple Fire departments on Monday morning responded to call on Cook Road in Madison Township.
Mansfield Fire Chief, Dan Crow, told WMAN, his department received notification around 8:40 am. Mansfield, along with Washington and Springfield Townships responded to provide mutual aid.
No word yet on the cause of the fire and the amount of damage to the home.
