An Ashland Police officer saved the life of a 3 year old child, after she hit her head and lost consciousness.
According to RichlandSource.com, officer Soren Osicka responded to a 9-1-1 call, back on January 8th, on Cottage Street. The child, after falling, was unresponsive and not breathing. The officer began CPR and remained on the scene until emergency medical personnel arrived. The Ashland PD reports the child has recovered and is back at home.
