Water bills in Shiloh are going up.
Village Council on Tuesday voted to pass an ordinance, which will add a $3.75 charge to all water bills and an annual 3% increase. This will take effect beginning in January of 2024.
RichlandSource.com reports, the increases in the ordinance will run through 2026. The money will help pay for the overall project to install a new water line, water meters, fire hydrants and dismantle the old water tower.
