Three juveniles were arrested in Mansfield on Monday, July 31st, following a high speed chase.
The Mansfield PD said, officers attempted to stop a vehicle reported stolen out of southern Ohio in Chillicothe on Park Ave West, but the car fled at a high rate of speed, which topped out at 90MPH.
The vehicle drove through a yard and a fence on Middle Bellville road, but later crashed and was abandoned. A search of the area was conducted with help from the Highway Patrol and took the 3 juveniles, ages 15-16, into custody. Mansfield Police said, one of the juveniles admitted to stealing the vehicle from a family member. No injuries were reported in the accident, which took place around 6:30 pm.
