An Ashland County judge has handed down a decision on 7 Amish men, who continue to refuse to pay fines.
The men have refused for months to pay the penalty for not displaying a flashing light on their buggy last fall, which is now a state law.
According to RichlandSource.com, the judge issued certificates of judgement, which will see the Ashland County Clerk of Courts place liens on their properties for the $50 fines, plus interest.
