Ashland University Women's basketball coach. Kari Pickens, called into WMAN Friday morning to talk about their incredible season, which will see them play Saturday, April 1st, for the Division II National Title in Dallas. Pickens, who played at AU, later became an assistant coach and now is the head coach in her 5th year. Kari shared about what has name this group so special and how coaching runs deep in her family.
AU (36-0) will play Minnesota Duluth (32-3) on Saturday for the NCAA Division II National Championship in Dallas.
