The Mansfield-Richland County Public Library has plans to place a 10 year, 3.9 Mill renewal levy on the May ballot.
According to RichlandSource.com, the levy will not cost tax payers additional money and brings in around $7 million per year. The cost to a owner of a $100,000 home is just over $117 per year. The Levy helps support a good portion of the operation of the 9 branches of the library in Richland County.
