Beth Owens was elected in November of 2022, as Richland County Domestic Relations Court Judge. Owens was sworn in the 1st week of January 2023 and will serve a 6 year term. Beth has been an attorney for 18 years in private practice and was born in Canton, Ohio. Owens grew up in Southern Ohio and attended Ohio University.
