The Richland County Democrat Party will be looking to fill two spots when they meet next month. The news comes after former Mansfield Mayor Lydia Reid says she will not be seeking a third term, which will expire in February of 2023.
Shelby attorney and board member, JC Elgin, recently announced he is stepping away to run for Municipal Court Judge.
