The Richland County Commissioners on Monday said they are predicting to end 2022 with a carryover of just under $7 million.
According to RichlandSource.com, Commissioner Tony Vero they will use the funds to cover capital expenses, pay down debt and add to the county's rainy day fund. Richland County still has over $11.5 million in American Rescue Plan Act.
