A 71 year old Ashland man has pled not guilty to a recent charge of aggravated murder.
RichlandSource.com reports, Stanley Gardner on Monday plead not guilty in a court appearance from a September 2nd incident, where his son Jason was found dead of a gunshot wound in the garage.
Stanley Gardner will have a pretrial in February with a jury trial scheduled to start in late March of next year.
