The Richland County Commissioners are finishing up their final budget hearings with county departments, as they prepare the 2023 budget.
Commissioner Tony Vero said, current budget requests for next year are just shy of $44 million, compared to last year in 2022, which was just over $39 million. Vero told RichlandSource.com, they will probably have to cut a couple million, but all of the requests have been reasonable.
