The Appleseed Shopping Center in Mansfield on Lexington Avenue has been sold for $2 million.
RichlandSource.com reports the estimated value of the property, sold from V&S Appleseed to REA3 Asset, was around $5 million. The new owner plans to redo some work on the parking lot and add a new 24 hour gym by sometime in the spring of next year.
