The city of Mansfield is giving the owner of the West Park Shopping Center 60 days to present a plan to repair or demolish the complex.
According to RichlandSource.com, the area was inspected recently by Mansfield Building and Codes. Manager Marc Milliron said the owner of the property out of New York is already seeking estimates for demolition. Estimated cost to demolish is around $1.2 million. Milliron said there were multiple issues found during an inspection on Sept. 14th.
