In Ashland County, there is a change in plans. The EMA office will not be moving into the building on Claremont Ave with the Ashland County Health Department like originally planned. The County Commissioners said, the 11,000 square foot building that was purchased back in April will only house the Health Department due to security reasons, which RichlandSource.com reports is an issue because of the layout of the building.
