Mansfield City Council has approved a 12 year, 50 percent tax abatement, which will see the building at 1404 Park Ave West in Mansfield receive $2.5 million in renovation work.
RichlandSource.com reports, The Buckeye Community School will add 18 jobs, along with classroom space and administration offices to the building. Third Street Family Health Service is looking to relocated around 30 employees to that site. Work is expected to get started right away.
