The Claremont Ave bridge replacement project in Ashland has been delayed, according to mayor Matt Miller. The reason for the delay because of some contaminated soil found from an old filling station that many years ago used to be located along side the bridge.
Work needs to be done to properly dispose of the soil, which now will hope to see that project complete by sometime near the end of September.
