Richland County Engineer, Adam Gove, says the intersection of Cook road, Illinois Ave and Mansfield-Lucas Road is scheduled to open on Thursday, August 11th around 10:00 a.m. Gove reports, some minor work remains, so please use caution when crews are working in the area. He wants to thank everyone for their patience while this much-needed safety project was under construction.
