Mansfield City Council this week voted to remove more than $1.2 million in American Rescue Plan dollars for employee bonuses, along with $500,000 to connect the B&O Trail to Trimble Road.
RichlandSource.com reports, some council members questioned about the proposed retention bonuses, as negotiations are on-going with the unions.
Council did approve more than $1 million for various other projects.
