A current member of Mansfield City Council has announced their plans to run for mayor of Mansfield in 2023.
Stephanie Zader, who has been on council for 18 months, said, in her time on council, she has worked hard to understand how the city functions and to build relationships with city employees, while being present and transparent with the citizens of Mansfield. Zader said, "I am running for Mayor because I want to see Mansfield be the best that it can possibly be for my children, their children and everyone who lives and visits Mansfield.
Current Mayor, Tim Theaker, is in his 3rd and final term, due to Mansfield's charter, which that terms runs through 2023.
