Ohio Edison says they will be offering free water and ice to customers who remain without power. The power company will have a distribution location set-up at Clear Fork High School on State Route 97 in Bellville. FirstEnergy utility customers are encouraged to pick up a free pack of water and bag of ice Thursday starting at 7 a.m. and throughout the day, while supplies last.
