The Richland County Board of Elections has certified the results of the May 3rd Primary.
Director Matt Finfgeld says, no automatic recounts were necessary for any of the races, while there were just over 200 provisional ballots that were counted, along with a couple late – but eligible absentee ballots, which saw Richland County’s turn out at the polls 4 weeks ago at 24.3%.
