The city of Ashland has purchased some land, which will allow for the expansion of its industrial park.
Mayor Matt Miller calling the land prime real estate. The two properties purchased cost just over $700,000 combined. RichlandSource.com reports, the land at the industrial park is located at the intersection of Wells Road and Ford Drive. The 2nd property purchased is located on Orange and 4th Street in what is known as the Pump House District.
