The Mansfield City Schools Board of Education has approved just over $154,000 for renovation work inside of the Sherman building.
RichlandSource.com reports, with Prospect Elementary closing at the end of this school year and students merging into different buildings, some renovations are needed in the restrooms and some carpet and cabinet works needs to be done. A Mansfield company, Marc Construction, is handling the work at Sherman Elementary.
