Authorities in Crawford County say a 40 year old man has been arrested following a high speed chase that went over 100 MPH.
40 year old Randy Bowman of Bucyrus led police and highway patrol troopers down State Route 4 and 103 into the Chatfield area before crashing into a telephone pole. Bowman finally taken into custody and now in the county jail after being treated at the hospital, he was wanted for failure to register as a sex offender and now charged with fleeing and eluding.
