Richland County Commissioner Cliff Mears recently told RichlandSource.com that county residents are seeing a lot of economic development from the Richland Area Chamber, who currently has 28 active projects right now. This after they finished 9 projects last year, which saw an additional 133 jobs added, over $5 million in payroll and $23 million in capital expenditures.
