More jobs are coming to Mansfield, as city council this week gave an approval for an 50% income tax abatement for 6 years for Ohio Valley Stamping, which is looking to open another facility in town. The addition by the company would add 30 jobs and they are making a 12 year commitment to stay in Mansfield, which would also see employee payroll of more than $930,000 dollars
