In Ashland County, the board of elections has certified the list of candidates and issues that will appear on the May primary ballot. RichlandSource.com reports, there will be contested races for Common Pleas Court judge and Ashland County Commissioner. Plus, 5 schools have placed levies on the May 3rd ballot, which the deadline to register to vote is April 4th.
