A Mansfield Police Sergeant has retired after more than 25 years with the department.
Matthew Loughman first joined the force in July of 1996, spent time with Major Crime and twice won the Mansfield PD's Detective of the year award. Loughman was honored earlier this week by city council for his service to Mansfield.
