In Ashland County, they are still waiting on bids for a new machine to help make asphalt. According to RichlandSource.com, the hope is to get bids later this week after twice having no bids submitted. Ashland advertised back in November its need for a radial stack conveyor, which stacks sand and stone to make asphalt. The estimated cost is around $200,000 dollars.
