The Richland County Land Bank have given the OK for more than $7.7 million dollars in demolition applications through the state of Ohio.
According to RichlandSource.com, on the list part of the Westinghouse property at a cost of $5 million and the former OCIE Hill Building at $2 million. Statewide there is $500 million dollars in state funding for Ohio's 88 counties for demolition projects.
