The Richland County Board of Elections has certified the official results of the November 2ndGeneral Election.
Director Matt Finfgeld said, no recounts were necessary and the overall turnout in Richland County was just over 19%. There were nearly 16,000 ballots cast in the county during the November 2ndElection.
