In Ashland County, officials are talking about upgrading Tornado sirens.
According to RichlandSource.com, EMA director Mark Rafeld said right now they are using old technology and upgrading to the digital system would boost radio signals.
There are 21 tornado sirens in Ashland County. The cost would be just over $83,000 dollars.
