The Richland County Commissioners have hired Josh Hicks as the county Maintenance Superintendent.
Hicks will shadow current County Maintenance Superintendent Chuck Minnich, who is retiring, along with Emergency Management Agency Director Rick Evans.
Hicks is 37 years old and has spent the last 7 years with the Clear Fork School District. Earlier this month, the commissioners hired Joesph Petrycki as Richland County’s new EMA director. Petrycki was recently the assistant Mansfield Police Chief.
