The cost to repair the roof at Mansfield’s main fire station came back $30,000 dollars more than estimated, according to RichlandSource.com.
City officials are now looking to see if the remaining cost of the project can be covered by money from the American Rescue Act. The original cost to repair the roof on East Third Street was $190,000, but later increased to just over $225,000 dollars.
