Ashland County officials found an inmate dead in his cell in the early morning hours of Tuesday.
RichlandSource.com reports, it is believed to be a possible suicide. The 43 year old man, who was arrested for kidnapping last week, was found around 12:35 am. He was taken to UH Samaritan hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
