Mansfield mayor Tim Theaker shared his plan to spend just over $10 million dollars of the city's COVID-19 relief money from the American Rescue plan.
Council President David Falquette said Council will vote on the idea at their next meeting on Oct. 5th.
The mayor's plan would include storm sewer and water line work, new police radios, fire station covid-19 upgrades, update and make digital older documents, along with helping businesses affected by the pandemic.
