The Inkcarceration Tattoo and Music festival this past weekend saw a record number of people at the historic Ohio State Reformatory, which totaled around 75,000 fans. 95% of them, according to RichlandSource.com, showed up either fully vaccinated or with a negative COVID-19 test. Next year’s Inkcarceration Tattoo and Music festival has already been scheduled and will take place July 15 – 17.
