The developer for the Ritter’s Run Apartments in Mansfield is hoping to get some additional funding for the project from the federal government.
According to RichlandSource.com, the hope is to get an additional $140,000 from the US Housing and Urban Development agency.
Construction has not yet started, but the virtual ground breaking was held back in March. The project will see 12 units built on Ohio Street for residents 55 and older.
