Mansfield City Council will vote next month on design and engineering services for its Dry Dam Project, which is to prevent flooding in the north end of town.
The concern some have is making sure financially they can afford it and make sure they can cover expenses.
The design contract cost is $1.5 million dollars, which council will vote on September 21st.
