A company in Ashland County is considering hiring replacement workers.
Workers at Custom Hoists in Hayesville went on strike more than a month ago on June 14th.
The company, shared with RichlandSource.com, its’ last and best offer is well in excess of area wages and hope union members will consider the offer.
Custom Hoists says if no deal is reached, they would have no choice but to hire replacement workers.
