Voters in Shelby will see a renewal levy on the fall ballot for the Shelby schools.
Superintendent Tim Tarvin said this levy was first passed back in 1987 and accounts for just shy of $1 million per year.
Tarvin says it’s 5% of their budget and helps with the daily operation of the school district.
