The Richland County Commissioners have approved the lifting of most of the health orders at Richland County Dayspring.
Commissioner Darrell Banks said they are not going to open up to the public just yet, but now will allow for the residence – able to go to jobs and visit friends and family. Banks saying Dayspring executive director Michelle Swank and her staff have done a great job over the last 15 months.
