In the city of Ashland, demolition is underway on the former Hess and Clark building on 7th Street.
According to RichlandSource.com, asbestos removal work started back in January and work to demolish the structure got underway in late May.
Mayor Matt Miller said, the demolition is expected to finish sometime in August, but can always change due to weather or equipment delays.
