The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force this week announced it has surpassed 50,000 arrests over the last 18 years.
The Task force is made up of 8 Divisions, which includes Mansfield along with the Cleveland, Akron, Canton, Toledo and Youngtown areas.
According to RichlandSource.com, since 2003 – the task force has seized more than 2,200 firearms, 47,000 rounds of ammunition, $4.4 million in cash and close to 900 kilograms of illegal narcotics.
