Mansfield City Council met in person this week for the first time in more than a year.
City Council President David Falquette said all but two members of council gathered in council chambers, while the other two joined remotely.
Council passed a resolution by a vote of 7-0 to encourage residents, who are interested in getting a COVID-19 vaccine to please move forward and get the vaccine as soon as possible.
